How much does shipping cost?

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all our products. This ensures that you receive your custom woodcarving without any additional shipping costs, no matter where you are located.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Each Actwood product is crafted with meticulous attention to detail. The production time varies for each piece and is specified on the product page. Please refer to the individual product details to understand the estimated time required to create your custom woodcarving.

Once your custom piece is completed, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to you. Our standard shipping time is 10-12 days, depending on your location.

I'd like to return or replace my order

At Actwood, we take pride in our craftsmanship and the rare, precious materials we use to create our woodcarvings.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products and the extensive time and care invested in each piece, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
